First UK edition (print number not stated) hardcover copy of The Numbers Book by Sepharial (W. Foulsham & Company, 1957). Assumed later printing due to presence of isbn on back cover and copyright page. A rare and well-preserved vintage occult / numerology / divination / mysticism / spirituality book by the infamous mystic. Jacket now protected in new (removable) archival sleeve but with some rubbing/scuffing to faces and shelf wear around the edges. Faint liquid damage to top edge of front cover causing small areas of discoloration. Boards are straight and clean but with corners bumped. Binding material faintly visible in a few gutters though spine is straight and binding remains strong on the whole. Liquid damage to top outer edge of text block and previous bookstore’s markings on front endpaper, otherwise all pages are clean and unmarked though tanned. See photos for condition.
